Refund Policy:
Should an applicant not successfully obtain their study permit, the University will refund the deposit minus an administrative processing charge of $372. Applicants will be required to provide proof of their declined study permit to be eligible for a refund.

- East Residence (East): The air-conditioned eleven-story building at Laurentian University offers 62 furnished self-contained apartments for upper-year students who meet the credit or age requirements. These apartments can accommodate a total of 236 students. Each apartment comprises four individually furnished bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Additionally, high-speed internet access is provided in each apartment.
- Mature Student Residence (MSR): MSR is an 11-story building that provides unfurnished self-contained apartments specifically designed for upper-year students. The building features a total of 128 units, each offering a one-bedroom apartment-style living arrangement.
- Huntington University Residence**: Huntington University Residence operates independently from Laurentian University and is not managed by the university. First-year students residing in Huntington University Residence are obligated to enroll in a compulsory meal plan. The residence can accommodate a total of 162 students, offering 21 single rooms and 68 double rooms. It’s important to note that the first-year residence guarantee does not extend to this particular residence.
